Six Months

How I know it’s a six-month visit:

  • I flinch at administered eye drops.
  • I go without the headrest comfort as I wore my hair up.
  • I can’t stare longer than three seconds into the bright lights before my eyes water and I blink.
  • When my doctor asks, “How are things?” I have months to review in my head, not weeks. Not days.

My check-up revealed no eye issues. My retinas are well; I am well. Enjoy your weekend and thanks for reading Adventures in Low Vision.
